I try,search this on Internet but no good and genuine results found.Maybe this is a secrete?.
These are usually big white  light and softer, wonder i love these idlies but no one open the secrete
finally i got it ! because of this hard search   god decide to put the new and cool my native name as
MunnaR MalligaI  IdlY



MunnaR MALLIGAI IDLIS:

2 cups parboiled rice
2 cups raw rice
half cup poha
half cup cooked rice
2 cups coconut gratings
half teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
instead of urad dal  Castor beens but i don't know the quantity

Cooking procedure:

Soak parboiled rice, raw rice, poha in the water for about four to five hours. Wash and drain the water.
Add half cup cooked rice and grind to a smooth batter. Grate the coconut and take out milk.
Add this milk to the batter, salt, baking soda and mix well. Keep it for four to five hours. Mix well and make idly

BasE

3 cubs of parboiled rise
a spoon of fenu greek seed
Castor beans

toddy / coconut water
a spoon of sugar
yeast

Soak parboiled rise with a spoon of fenu greek seeds overnight
grind them together with castor seeds

LeaveninG agents- two tea spoon of toddy or coconut water with sugar and yeast.Keep it for four to five hours. Mix well and make idly
